This project consisted of reworking a locally established bakery business’ in the quaint North Carolina town of Waynesville. The challenge was to freshen up the brand, while maintaining the image of a locally loved bakery. This Included entirely new branding, signage, logos and packaging. The bakery’s original logo was a basic vector illustration of a flower cupcake. My first challenge was to create a more personalized, fun logo as the original logo was clean, but was lacking character. I kept the clean look by maintaining the white background and keeping the illustrations simple. The blue, purple and lavender shades used for the color palette were an easy decision, based off the name itself.
